What would be the latest you would consider applying Butyrac on runners for late season weeds? I know generally by label it is going to be 45 days before harvest but I assume this is more of a residue concern than tolerance. How concerned would you be if you were between 30-40 days from digging?

Tolerance wise we did a lot of work on this and we did not adversely impact yield or market grades when applied throughout much of the season and very close to harvest. It’s 45 days to combining and not digging. One of the shellers has been asking growers not to spray after early July because of residue issues and international markets.
