Question:
So, here are all the products they want to mix on peanuts; can you suggest how we might mix all this together to minimize trips. If we do separate trips how many days do we wait between applications if any, these farms are about 20 miles from their headquarters, so it’s a long way to go.
Cobra 12.5 oz/ac + Basagran 1 pt+ butyrac 1.5 pt/ac + crop oil
Clethodim high rate + crop oil concentrate
Bravo 1.5 pt
Jordan:
Great question. Cobra, Basagran, and Bravo (chlorothalonil) will reduce grass control to some degree. Crop oil and Bravo can speckle leaves.
I’d spray Cobra, Basagran, Clethodim, and crop oil first. Then Bravo and 2,4-DB the next day.
You might be okay mixing them all, but I don’t know for sure. Just make sure it all goes into solution if you do. Bravo is notorious for settling out.
You likely will need to spray Clethodim again in a few weeks. Use 16 oz rate.
