No. Risk of injury is too high now. Suggest applying Dual Magnum or another Group 15. Strongarm is also an option for the weeds you have. It is outstanding on eclipta, as you mentioned, and likely will control a significant amount of common ragweed you might have. We do have ALS resistance in common ragweed and Palmer amaranth, but this will be a good alternative to Valor given the circumstances.
