We do not have good options for horsenettle and other perennial weeds. Cadre plus 2,4-DB is about as good as we have. Its value is not allowing fruiting structures to form. If you do not want to apply Cadre, multiple applications of 2,4-DB might provide suppression. Do not set expectations very high.
