Do not mix anything with Kudos OD other than ammonium sulfate and crop oil. In my experience, dry formulations of prohexadione calcium should be compatible with fungicides, insecticides, and herbicides. The nitrogen is the key. In many cases, crop oil plus ammonium sulfate is no more effective than ammonium sulfate alone. I think you can apply the mixture you described on the phone (Kudos WDG plus Miravis plus Excalia) without crop oil and get the same level of disease control and vine management. Ammonium sulfate is the key, and it needs to go in the tank first.
