Would it be okay to tank mix Apogee with clethodim with or without Dual?

You can mix Apogee with Clethodim. I would not add Dual given you likely are applying crop oil concentrate and ammonium sulfate. Critical that AMS is in. Crop oil generally helps too. Need crop oil for Clethodim. Do not apply anything with Kudos OD other than recommended adjuvants. Kudos WDG can be mixed with same components used for Apogee.

No manganese or boron even without clethodim?

You can add these to Apogee or Kudos WDG. I have seen foliar injury with Kudos OD. The generic Cryova can likely be treated like Kudos WDG or Apogee.
