Ditto what David said. Is it pretty extensive throughout the field or sporadic? I have had a few calls on soybeans as well that have been southern stem rot. I think conditions have been conducive recently for it. We have seen good efficacy with excalia but we haven’t had super heavy pressure in the past either

What think about doing Teb now since this just did a bravo and then coming back with Provost or think should go with Excallia

I would think Tebuconazole might work. But interested to hear what David thinks. The differences from our trials have been so small. For Excalia, we usually see maybe 1 to 2 plants infected per plot, with Tebuconazole, it might be 2 or 3 but it usually doesn’t spread within those plots either.

Great comments. Suggest Excalia and that would give you control through the middle of September. You will need a leaf spot spray with it, and Chlorothalonil should work. Then another Chlorothalonil in 2 weeks. With that said. Chlorothalonil plus Tebuconazole now and then in two weeks would likely do well.
