Butyrac and Boron yes.  Not sure on the others.  You need crop oil and UAN with Kudos.

How about AMS and surfactant?

AMS okay, COC is better than NIS. Think about all of the money in that tank.  Not sure adjuvants will affect fungicides or if there will be burn.
