I had a question about applying Prowl H2O and Dual Magnum together as a PRE treatment. My recollection was that Valor would be in the mixture as well. Although I have not applied these together that I recall (although we did spray this combination in a test yesterday), I do not think there will be any more or less injury compared to Prowl H2O or Dual Magnum (plus Valor.) Weed control over the next month might be better with the mixture but I am not sure. I just think applying one, and then the other, is more effective. In a perfect world the Prowl H2O would be incorporated followed by Dual Magnum PRE or Prowl H2O plus Valor would be applied PRE followed by Dual Magnum applied with paraquat plus Basagran 3 weeks later. In other words, I would stagger the residuals rather than have a heavy mix at one time. This is designed to make sure at least one spray gets activated (incorporation through PPI and then a PRE or PRE and then early POST.)
