Collapse ▲Following are general instructions and link for submitting an entry.
1. A county agent must initiate a contest entry. The agent enters their name and email address and the producer’s name and email address.
2. County agent accepts the terms and conditions of the contest. After which, the agent re-enters the producer’s email address to send the entry form to the producer for completion. A private email message may be sent with the entry form.
3. Producers will need their settlement sheet and 578 forms for upload before completing the entry form.
4. Once a producer has electronically signed the completed entry form, it is returned to the agent for review and their signature. If the agent finds an error, they can ‘refuse to sign’ the entry and return the entry to the producer for corrections.
5. Once completed, the entry form will be automatically emailed to Dr. Jordan and the NCPGA office. The agent and producer will also receive an email with the completed forms attached, so there is no need to download them from the submission screen.
