How many growing degree days have we accumulated since May 15 this year so far? Do you think peanuts are earlier than usual?

We are at 2200 since May 1 for most areas in the northeast. For May 15 we would be a little lower but not a great deal lower. It was cool in May. I don’t think we are going to be early. I plan to pod blast some peanuts next week. We have had a lot of heat this summer but limited soil moisture. Both are needed for peanuts to progress.
