I've had several questions about compatibility of postemergence herbicides with acephate. While we have not looked at all of the possibilities, I have not seen any major issues when acephate is applied with the postemergence herbicides we use in peanut.  The major issue I have seen is when acephate is applied with paraquat plus Basagran when the thrips injury is excessive.  In this situation the combination of thrips injury and paraquat injury will reduce yield.  The acephate does not have enough time to control thrips before the paraquat injures the peanuts.
