What are the best options for nutsedge control? We have been using Cadre post but is there anything we can apply incorporated or behind the planter?

For yellow nutsedge, Basagran applied sequentially does well. Dual incorporated will suppress yellow nutsedge but you have to be careful with rates on sandy soils. Pursuit incorporated will suppress both species but will not provide complete control. You might have trouble finding it and it is still expensive for what you get out of it. Cadre is the best option for both yellow and purple nutsedge. I would encourage you to stay with that approach
