I'm sending you some pics. I think it is phytotoxicity, but would like a second opinion. The peanuts were sprayed with Provost plus the manganese sulfate product and the spots showed up to this degree shortly afterwards.

Yes, this is likely phytotoxicity from chemical. Not yield limiting and not the leaf spot disease we treat for.
