I wanted to know your thoughts on possibly combining Volunteer (clethodim is active ingredient) with my broadleaf herbicides over the top of peanuts.

Ultra Blazer, Cobra, Basagran, and Storm can reduce control substantially. Cadre can too, but it often has enough grass activity by itself to suppress most grasses well. 2,4-DB does not have a negative impact. Sequential applications with Clethodim products a few days ahead of broadleaf herbicides can overcome the issue. Of course, no one wants to do that. Use 16 oz of clethodim and you can overcome much of the antagonism. The antagonism is greatest when grass is large or when grass is drought stressed.
