Question:

I have some eclipta in peanuts 6-8” wide. Most are on side of beds were rain washed pres away.The herbicide tool has Basagran + Ultra Blazer as a 85G, Storm as an 80FG. Is there a reason for the difference in control. Storm + 2,4-DB also 80.Just curious if really any difference in control. I’m afraid going to get rained out and they will get some size. Most 1-2” now.

Storm has less Ultra Blazer in it. I’d go with Ultra Blazer plus Basagran. 1.5 plus 1.5 pints. Storm is okay but this is big eclipta. Need full rate of Ultra Blazer. Basagran helps on this weed too.

Follow up:

Most of them are right on side of bed were Valor and Dual probably washed away with soil.

Makes sense. I see that all the time on the soils at Lewiston, especially with eclipta.

Sorry quick follow up. I wanted to clarity.  The peanuts are 6-8” wide. Currently eclipta is 1-2”. But I’m assuming be next week before he can spray. Same recommendation?
