Question:

In early June I was fighting thrips and did not spray any herbicides. Has been wet but may get in fields today or tomorrow. Main problem is Palmer amaranth. I need to apply a second application of Dual and planning to use 1.5 pt Ultra Blazer plus Basagran plus 1 quart surfactant per 100 gal. Should I add Butyrac, and if so, do I still use the surfactant at 1 qt per 100 gal? Peanuts planted first week of May. Do not want to use Cadre.

I think the Ultra Blazer plus Basagran plus nonionic surfactant will work well. I would leave off the 2,4-DB and use it for suppression later. Use same adjuvant.
